The trending issue about
the Cyber crime Law which is familiarly known as Republic Act No.
10175 (http://www.gov.ph/2012/09/12/republic-act-no-10175/) became the talk for everyone especially for most users of the social
networking sites.
To tell you honestly I
really admired the creation of the law about cyber crime since it protects the
social media users mostly but still I can’t just held it that it may put
everyone’s opinions in an unlawful act and isn't this against to the section
4 of article III Bill of Rights of the 1987 Constitution that say, “ No law
shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the
press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the
government for redress of grievances.”( http://www.chanrobles.com/article3.htm#.UGw2hk3MgZ4)
